First over eight years at KPMG followed by TNS Consult, as an external consultant fueling fact-based decision making in Strategic Marketing. Then over eight years at Philips Lighting in various global roles: Market Intelligence, Product Management, Marketing Strategy, and New Business Development. Led international teams. Worked on four continents. Board-room savvy. Set-up, implemented and managed cross-functional extensive programs. Held end-to-end responsibility in a centralized organization with a (rather complex) matrix organisation.
